Strawberry Angel Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen strawberries, thawed
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 small or 1 large angel food cakes
1 large container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

In large glass dish (13 x 9-inches), crumble cake (pack tightly).
In bowl, dissolve Jell-O in hot water and stir.
Add sugar and strawberries.
Pour mixture over crumbled cake evenly. Spread Cool Whip over entire surface and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours until set).
Cut in squares and serve.
Makes 20 squares.
