Hungarian Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef boneless sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick
    1/4 tsp. peppered seasoned salt
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
    1/2 c. sour cream
    Chopped fresh chives, if desired
Preparation
    Cut beef into 4 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of beef with seasoned salt. Spray 12 inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium high heat. Cook beef in skillet 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until brown. Stir in tomatoes, paprika, ketchup and caraway seeds; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until beef is tender. Top each serving with sour cream and chives. This has 8 grams carbohydrates.
