Healthy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, sliced
    2 or 3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 large onion, coarsely cut
    1 Tbsp. Wyler's instant chicken bouillon
    2 c. water
    1 bell pepper, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In a medium size pot put all ingredients and bring to boil; then reduce heat to medium heat and cook, covered, about 30 minutes.
    You may cook longer if you like your vegetables softer.
