Boneless Steak Or Shortribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless steak or shortribs
    flour
    oil
    4 c. water
    1 pkg. au jus mix
Preparation
    Cut steak or ribs in oblong shape.
    Flour meat and brown in oil. Put in crock-pot with water and au jus mix.
    Simmer 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
    May also use pork chops and/or barbecue sauce.
