Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except flour in large bowl.
    Stir until yeast is well dissolved.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Stir well and knead.
    Make into rolls.
    Place in greased pan. Brush tops with butter.
    Let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 10 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
