Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
    Add sour cream; stir.
    Add pineapple with juice.
    Stir with mixer until real blended.
    Pour into mold and leave in refrigerator for 2 days before serving.
