Chili Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (6 oz.) can corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 black olives
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Peel and chop onion.
Rinse peppers and cut in halves.
Remove the seeds and membranes and cut in strips.
In a skillet, saute the onion and peppers in butter until soft, but not brown. Add ground beef and saute over medium heat, stirring until meat is lightly brown. Drain beans and corn.
Add to pan. Add salt, chili powder, basil and garlic.
Cook, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes. Finally add olives and parsley. Serve immediately.
