Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
pinch of salt
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped (crushed or whole)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt margarine and allow to cool slightly.
Add sugar and salt.
Beat egg until frothy, then add to mixture.
Add vinegar and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour in pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
