Dilled Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli flowerets (about 2 bunches)
    2 c. diced celery
    1 large red onion, diced
    1/2 c. diced roasted red pepper
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced fresh dill (do not use dried)
Preparation
    Boil broccoli briefly until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain; refresh under cold water and drain again. Place in bowl with other vegetables. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise with dill. Toss with broccoli mixture. Serves 8.
