Snicker'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix.
    Pour 1/2 or little more than 1/2 batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
