Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. or more lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except chips and cheese.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle top with chips and cheese. Return to oven for about 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
