Buffalo Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 to 3 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Combine chicken and pepper sauce.
    Let set 5 minutes, then drain.
    In a plastic bag, combine flour and salt.
    Add chicken.
    Toss until coated.
    Heat oil and margarine or butter in a nonstick skillet.
    Add chicken, a few at a time.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Keep chicken warm in oven until finished cooking the rest.
