Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. eye of round roast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 small garlic cloves
    4 beef cubes
    5 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cook roast, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add all other ingredients together and pour over roast.
    Cover and cook for 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Marinate in liquid overnight in refrigerator. Slice the next day and cook in the marinade at 350\u00b0 until warm.
