Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt caramels, 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup milk.
    Mix cake as directed on box and add 1 1/2 sticks butter.
    Add 1/2 cup milk. Pour 1/2 batter in pan and bake for 7 minutes, then pour caramel mixture over evenly.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour on rest of batter and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
