Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced celery
2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk, scalded
1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 to 4 c. diced cooked turkey
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Saute celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, then milk gradually, cooking and stirring until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Makes 10 to 12 cups.
Serve over spaghetti.
