Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cushaw
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour (1 Tbsp. if thick)
1/2 c. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
-
Cook all the ingredients over low heat until it begins to thicken.
Cool, then pour in an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until edge of pie shell has browned.
