German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ham, bacon or fat meat
    1 qt. potatoes, cooked and sliced
    onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry meat until crisp; drain all but 1/4 inch of grease from pan.
    Add desired chopped onion and fry.
    Mix flour, sugar, vinegar and water.
    Add to meat and onion in pan; cook until thick, then add potatoes.
