Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground sirloin
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. consomme
    1/2 c. Burgundy
    1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Mix beef with cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 4 thick patties.
    Heat butter in skillet; quickly brown meat patties on both sides and remove from pan.
    Add flour to drippings in skillet and blend.
    Add wine and consomme slowly; stir until thickened and smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; return patties to sauce.
    Simmer, covered, until done, 5 minutes or more to taste.
    Serves 3 to 4.
