Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flaked coconut
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) can peaches, drained
1 (9 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt margarine in 10-inch round microwave baking dish.
Add coconut and brown sugar.
Mix well.
Arrange peach slices on top of mixture.
Mix cake batter as directed, spread over peaches. Microwave on Low for 7 minutes.
Turn.
Cook on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let stand 1 minute. Turn onto serving plate.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
