Crawfish And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. raw rice
    12 green onions with tops, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown sausage in heavy pot.
    Remove sausage and drain on paper.
    Add celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic to pot and saute until tender.
    Remove from pot.
    Add oil.
    When oil is hot, add rice and stir until light brown.
    Add crawfish and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add sausage, vegetables, green onions, water, Worcestershire, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
    Serves 6.
