Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 cabbage leaves
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    32 oz. can tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.
    Let stand 5 minutes and drain.
    Season meat; add onion, rice and egg.
    Roll a portion of filling into each cabbage leaf.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Place in large oven pan.
    Pour over tomato soup and juice.
    Bake in oven, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
