Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal mix
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. diced pimentos
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. jalapeno pepper
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake at 475\u00b0 until golden brown.
