Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 to 3 tsp. parsley or chives
4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel and rinse potatoes.
Cut in slices 3/4 the way down the potato.
Put in baking dish, forming the potato slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oleo.
Sprinkle on parsley or chives.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove, put cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes more.
Check with fork for doneness.
