Mashed Potato Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. melted Crisco
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Blend Crisco, egg and milk.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Combine the 2 mixtures with mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    Roll on lightly floured surface and cut with floured doughnut cutter.
    Fry in Crisco at 365\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
