Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 Russet potatoes
    6 peeled garlic cloves
    thyme
    milk
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Boil with the garlic cloves until tender.
    Drain.
    Mash; add thyme, milk and butter or margarine.
    Add salt and pepper to taste
