No-Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar (as pleases you)
    1 c. water or 2 mashed ripe bananas and enough water to make 1 c.
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add liquids.
    Dump in 9-inch square pan, sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Can be doubled for large pan.
    Sweet.
