Smoky Salmon Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (13 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
Preparation

Drain salmon, reserving 2 teaspoons liquid.
Remove bones and flake into small pieces.
Combine reserved liquid, cream cheese, salmon, onion and liquid smoke.
Blend thoroughly.
Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
Serve with crackers.
