Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds spareribs
    1/2 cup light molasses
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 whole cloves
    4 - diced narrow strips of orange rind
    juice of 1/2 orange
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp salad oil
    1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 Tbsp bottle meat sauce (A-1)
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
    1 Tbsp butter or margarine
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place spareribs that have been cut into single ribs into shallow open pan.
    Cover with foil. Roast 1/2 hour.
    Pour off fat.
    Roast 1/2 hour longer.
