Fish Brine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
2 c. soy sauce
2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Drop chunks of fish into brine.
Leave overnight.
Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Put in smoker for 8 to 10 hours.
