Martha'S Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red beans
    1 medium head cabbage, sliced
    1 (48 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    2 (0.7 oz.) pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook over low heat for 2 hours. It is best prepared a day ahead.
