Sherry Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground almonds
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    8 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sherry or milk
    1/3 c. orange juice
    orange zest
    orange slices
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add almonds; mix 8 yolks and then add sugar, sherry or another 1/2 cup orange juice along with 1/3 cup orange juice.
    Add dry mixture; mix together.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Put in ungreased baking pan (spring-form). Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool for 45 minutes.
    Garnish with powdered sugar, orange zest and orange slices.
