Hot Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chicken wings
2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut wing tips off at joint and discard.
Cut each wing in half at joint.
On rack in broiler pan, arrange wings.
Broil until half done, then sprinkle hot pepper, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper.
Continue to broil until done.
