Indian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can hominy, drained
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 c. cheese or cheese substitute (leaving 1/4 c. cheese for top)
Preparation

Cook turkey, onion and peppers.
Add other seasons, tomatoes, hominy and cheese.
Pour into buttered casserole baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
You can use ground beef and cheese of your choice.
