Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or very fine cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 small clove garlic
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all, with fingertips, until well blended, if stiff, add water enough to moisten.
    Place mixture in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Top with ketchup if desired the last 15 minutes of cooking.)
