Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. chicken, boned and cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can fried onion rings
Preparation

Mix soup and water.
Blend in mayonnaise.
Add other ingredients, except onion rings.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with onion rings. Bake 10 minutes longer.
