Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8-ounce package noodles
    1 tablespoons margarine
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
    1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained and sliced
    2 6-1/2-ounce cans tuna drained
    1 medium tomato, cut up
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles, drain.
    Melt margarine; add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
    Saut until tender.
    Combine tuna, tomato, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sauteed vegetables, and mayonnaise.
    Add noodles and milk.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes.
    Serves 6-8.
