Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fruit
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare fruit with 1 cup sugar.
    Melt butter in a 2 1/2 to 3-inch deep glass dish.
    In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour over melted butter (do not stir).
    Pour prepared fruit on top (do not stir).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
