Rebaked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large baking potatoes
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. potato topping
salt and pepper
Preparation

Bake potatoes until done; cut each one in half.
Using a fork, scrape the potato in a large bowl, leaving the peeling for re-use. Combine potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheese, topping, salt and pepper.
Put mixture back in peeling and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
