Lemon Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until thickened.
    Let cool.
    Yield:
    2 1/2 cups.
