Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 in. pie crust
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 1 oz. squares of chocolate (unsweetened)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
    2 eggs
    few grains salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place butter and chocolate in small saucepan and melt, stirring constantly.
    Pour mixture into a small bowl; add sugar, flour, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla.
    Beat mixture at moderate speed 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy (scrape bowl occasionally with spatula).
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake 40-45 minutes until filling is firm.
