Manhatten Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground sausage
    2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    10 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix together all of the ingredients except the apricot preserves and barbecue sauce.
    Roll the meat mixture into walnut size balls and fry in butter.
    Drain.
    Heat together the preserves and barbecue sauce.
    Serve.
