Orange Glazed Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. quick old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat sugar and Crisco until fluffy.
Mix in pumpkin, eggs and water.
Combine all other ingredients, mixing well, then add to sugar and Crisco mixture.
Pour into tube or Bundt pan that has been greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and completely cool on wire rack.
Drizzle glaze over cake.
