Cola Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 to 5 lb. cross cut beef ribs
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (12 oz.) can cola beverage
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Rub mixture over the surface of the ribs.
    In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat and brown the ribs on all sides.
