Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3.4 or 3.5 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix
Preparation

In a bowl, cut the margarine into the flour until crumbly; stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
