Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. butter
    4 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    white of 1 egg
    nuts
    sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Slowly add flour.
    Add eggs.
    Chill overnight.
    Roll thin and brush with egg white.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut with desired cookie cutter.
    Press nut on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
