Cinnamon Applesauce Jello(Kids Love This!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) cherry Jell-O
1/2 c. cinnamon candies (red hots)
2 c. boiling water
2 c. applesauce

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O and red hots in 1 cup boiling water; add another cup boiling water until candies completely dissolve. Place in refrigerator to cool.
Add applesauce and stir right before Jell-O has set.
Do not put in a mold.
Refrigerate in serving bowl.
Can add whipped cream or decorate top, if desired.
