Pistachio Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) container thawed Cool Whip
    1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    1 Redi Crust deep dish pie crust
    pistachios, shelled and chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together pudding mix and milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Add nuts.
    Put into pie shell.
    Freeze 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with chopped nuts on top.
