Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 stick margarine (can omit)
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole or baking dish. Salt and pepper pork chops and place on top of rice mixture. Cover tightly with foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
