1 1/2 lb. vanilla bark
4 drops red food coloring
1/2 lb. peppermint stick candy
Preparation

In microwave, melt vanilla bark
in a large bowl, checking and stirring each minute. Remove as soon as bark can be stirred smooth, vanilla bark burns easily. Crush the candy and stir into the melted bark. Add coloring. Spread thinly in largest baking sheet. Refrigerate. Break into pieces of various sizes and shapes. Store in refrigerator.
