Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream cheese until smooth; add pineapple, onion, green pepper and salt.
Mix well.
Add nuts and continue to mix.
Shape into ball and refrigerate overnight.
May roll in extra nuts before serving, if desired.
Serve with assorted crackers.
